Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of VAC activities to support their effective and efficient delivery in terms of communication, administrative, financial and logistical support.
- Coordinate support for Australian delivery partners to ensure VAC activities are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and within the Government of Vietnam context, systems and ways of working.
- Contribute to the delivery of monitoring and evaluation activities and assist with the preparation of information to ensure quality reporting and continuous improvement.
- Provide logistical support to international and national long-term and short-term advisors with the implementation of their tasks.
- Working with Communication team in producing communication products (social media post, media release, video and other com products) and assist in updating VAC website, preparing media products for VAC activities.
Selection criteria
- Relevant undergraduate tertiary qualifications or professional experience preferably in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communication, Social Studies, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in coordinating projects, human resource development, public relations, or education management in an international development context
- Professional experience coordinating the planning and delivery of a variety of events, including short courses, workshops, conferences and seminars in Vietnam and Australia.
- Good inter-personal and oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English language.
- Good computer skills, including the ability to use databases, create presentations and learn customised programs designed for supporting networks of people.
